There are two ways you can request support from Device Magic.

1. You can send an email to

- You will receive an automatic reply from our ticketing system, with a ticket reference number.

- This number will be your reference number for the duration that the ticket is open/unresolved.

- In order for you to follow up on an outstanding support request, please reply to the last email that was sent to you, by us.

2. The second most convenient way will be requesting support via our online, live support, chat platform.
