When launching the Device Magic app, you will find yourself on the app home screen.

The size of items on the home screen will vary depending on the size of the device screen (phone vs. tablet).


To access the settings menu, click the Device Magic logo in the right corner of the screen. For more information click here to iOS settings and here for Android settings.


In the Forms tab, you will find a list of all of the forms you have access to on your device. This includes all forms which you have available to start from scratch. To refresh these forms, swipe down on the list.


In the Dispatches tab you will find all of the forms which have been Dispatched to your device. This means forms which have pre-populated answers in the form and are usually part of an approval workflow. They can be dispatched to your device from the Device Magic Dashboard, a different device, or 3rd party software you have connected to Device Magic via our API. In the Drafts tab you will find all of the forms which you have started to complete, but instead of submitting the form, you have saved the form to complete at a later time.


In the Submissions tab you will find a list of all of the forms you have submitted from your device.
