When you subscribe to our Enterprise Plan, your team can submit the same forms they complete on their device from a web browser. With Online Forms, you can standardize digital processes across your whole company or organization. Your in-office and field teams can access and complete any of their forms from a computer.
Accessing Online Forms
There are two ways to access online forms.
1) Mobile App
First, make sure the Device Magic app is on your device and joined to your account. If you do not have the app installed on your device, learn more about how to get the Device Magic app by clicking here.
Then, visit our Online Forms link: devicemagic.com/web.
You can find this link on the Organization Settings Page of your Device Magic Management Console. You can also launch an email to invite others on your team to complete forms using the Web App by clicking Invite Your Team to Use Online Forms.
After entering the URL into your browser you will find a QR code to scan from the Device Magic app to authenticate your account.
On your device, open the Device Magic app and tap the settings icon.
Now tap the Authenticate Web Client option.
Lastly, scan the QR code.
You will then be logged into Online Forms.
2) Management Console
To enable Online Forms for a user, assign them a role which includes the
Online Forms - access permission.
Note: all users with Online Forms access permission will be billed as an additional device.
To access, visit our Online Forms link: devicemagic.com/web and login.
When logged into the Management Console, this feature is accessible via the Online Forms button on the side bar.
You'll then be redirected to Online Forms where you can select and complete any of your assigned forms.
Using Online Forms
Once you are logged in you will see a list of all of the forms you have access to on your device. By clicking on the form name, you can open the form in the browser and start entering information.
Once in the form you can complete it as you would on your device, only now you have the convenience of using your keyboard and mouse.
Note: To select multiple options for a multiple select question, hold your "Command" or "CTRL" key while selecting the options.
