We've added a diagnostic log which can help our engineers troubleshoot the likely cause of a crash. If the crash is occurring immediately when opening the app and it isn't possible to open the app settings, please contact support@devicemagic.com to help. 

If the app crashes on the device while working in the app, please turn on the diagnostic logging. This will send logs of what is occurring on the device to our engineers to help find the source of the issue.

Enable Detailed Logging

First go to your Forms app and locate the settings icon. 

iOS App Settings

Turn on detail logging under "Device Settings".

Android App Settings

Turn on detail logging under "Diagnostics".

Note: Logging may cause a slight performance degradation and increased network traffic, so best to leave it off unless you are having stability issues.

If you encounter a crash, please let us know on support@devicemagic.com as soon as possible with details on when the crash is occurring, so we can check the device's logs and troubleshoot the issue.
