In order to get the most out of Device Magic's Mobile Forms app, it is important to ensure that each device connected to your account is running the latest version.

To check which version is currently running on each device, all you need to do is go to the devices page via your organization's dashboard. From there you will see a list of all the devices connected to the account. Click on each device to load the page that contains information about the particular device. It is here that you will be able to see which version is installed on the device and whether or not it is up to date.

As you can see, the version in the example is out of date. In order to update the Device Magic app, you need to open the app store on the device. From there, you must find my installed apps and select Device Magic's Mobile Forms. It will open up the app's download page and it is here that you will be able to see the option to update to the latest version.

Please note that Device Magic does not collect errors for outdated app versions.
