In order to get the most out of Device Magic's Mobile Forms app, it is important to ensure that each device connected to your account is running the latest version found in your iOS App Store or Android Play Store.

To check which version is currently running on each device, all you need to do is go to the Devices page via your organization's Home page. 

From there you will see a list of all the devices connected to the account. Click on a device's name to load the page that contains information about the particular device. 

Under "Properties" you will be able to see which "Device App Version" is currently installed on the device and whether or not it is up to date.

As you can see, the version in the example is "out of date". In order to update the Device Magic app, you need to open the app store on the device. Navigate to your installed apps and select Device Magic's Mobile Forms app. It will open up the app's download page and you'll see the option to update to the latest version.

Please note: Device Magic does not collect errors for outdated app versions.
