In this article we will give an overview of how to setup your Destinations to send reports to email addresses entered in Email fields.
How to send submission data to an email address in a form
In order for you to achieve this outcome, you will need to tweak the following setting by editing an existing Destination or when you create a new one.
Go to section 3 of your Destination setup called Email Options.
Next to Destination form field, select the correct field to which the submission data needs to be sent.
This field, for example, could be an Email field, Select Question option that is an email address or a Calculated Question with a LOOKUP that pulls an email address from a resource.
Once this is done, click Update Destination.
