How can I pay for Mobile Forms?

Mobile Forms is billed by credit card. In certain cases our customers pay us via a purchase order.

What types of plans are available?

  • Professional: $25/device/month (when paid annually)

  • Enterprise: Custom pricing plan based on volume (discount when paid annually)

What is the minimum contract term?

Plans with Device Magic are either Annual or Monthly. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time but if you are on an Annual Plan you may not change the subscription term.

How much will I be billed?

Mobile Forms is billed per-device. So on our Professional Plan, 5 devices active on your account would cost $1,500/year when paid annually ($125/month).

What happens if I add a device after converting to a paid subscription?

We'll pro-rata the cost of the new device. For example, if you previously had 5 devices and had paid $1,500 annually but then added a 6th device midway through the cycle, we'd immediately charge your card 50% x $25 x 12 months. This would bring the additional charge to $150.

Can I just remove my devices so I will no longer be charged?

Yes and no. You may remove devices, in which case you will not be billed for those devices on the next renewal of your subscription. If, however, you remove devices below the minimum specified in your agreement, or you remove all of the devices on your account you will still be billed for a minimum of devices based on your subscription agreement.

Neither termination nor downgrades to license count and/or plan type can be processed if an account has a past-due balance. After receiving the payment in full, changes to the account will be reflected upon the next account renewal.

To completely stop being billed you must cancel your subscription from the Billing Settings page on your Device Magic Dashboard or have an authorized administrator from your account give written notice via email to Termination of monthly and annual services will occur on the renewal date following 30 days after initial notification.

Do you have any discounts?

Yes, larger accounts with a substantial number of devices can qualify for a volume discount.
