There are two ways you can request support from Device Magic.

When logged into your account you will find this icon on the bottom right hand corner of almost every page.

From there you can access the Help Center, see announcements, or Live Chat with the support team

Click on "Live Chat"

Click on "Send us a message". For previous requests, click "See all your conversations".
