How can I pay for Mobile Forms?

Mobile Forms is billed by credit card. In certain cases our customers pay us via a purchase order.

What types of plans are available?

  • Standard: $15/device/month (when paid annually)
  • Advanced: $20/device/month (when paid annually)
  • Enterprise: $25/device/month (when paid annually)

What is the minimum contract term?

Plans with Device Magic are either Annual or Monthly. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time but if you are on an Annual Plan you may not change the subscription term.

How much will I be billed?

Mobile Forms is billed per-device. So on our Standard Plan, 5 devices active on your account would cost $900/year when paid annually ($75/month).

What happens if I add a device after converting to a paid subscription?

We'll pro-rata the cost of the new device. For example, if you previously had 5 devices and had paid $900 annually but then added a 6th device midway through the cycle, we'd immediately charge your card 50% x $15 x 12 months. This would bring the additional charge to $90.

Can I just remove my devices so I will no longer be charged?

Yes and no.  You may remove devices, in which case you will not be billed for those devices on the next renewal of your subscription.  If, however, you remove all of the devices on your account you will still be billed for a minimum of 1 device on whichever subscription you have.  To completely stop being billed you must cancel your subscription and move to our Free Plan with limited functionality.
